An exciting opportunity is available for an energetic, reliable, and quick-thinking Administration Support Officer to join our Emergency Department team. In this busy and varied role, you'll be at the heart of our Emergency Department, providing crucial support to patients and staff in a fast-paced environment. You'll receive shift allowances for afternoon shifts, plus generous bonuses for weekend and public holiday shifts. The Contract: Ongoing Part Time, 54 hours (7 shifts) per fortnight. Rotating 24/7 roster.
Shift times are 07:00–15:15 | 15:00–23:15 | 23:00–07:15 (every second weekend).
The Position:
In this role you'll provide administrative support across the 24/7 Emergency Department, ensuring smooth patient flow and accurate data entry. Key to this role is the provision of outstanding customer service to patients, families, and colleagues, with an approach that emphasises professionalism, approachability, responsiveness, and compassion. This position is worked over a rotating roster, featuring 7 shifts over a rolling 14-day period, including alternate weekends.
