Demonstrated ability to effectively manage facilities, infrastructure and stakeholder relationships within a Public Private Partnership (PPP) or similar contract management environment.
1.Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality administrative support in a school or similar environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records.
2.Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate daily school operations, including student attendance, excursions, and camps.
3. A commitment to supporting student wellbeing and the effective operation of the school, with an understanding of Department of Education policies, procedures and child safety requirements.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, staff and external agencies while providing professional customer service.
This is a full-time ongoing position. Attendance is required Monday to Friday during school terms in accordance with the school's operating hours.
The School Administration Officer provides comprehensive administrative, student support and operational assistance across the school. The role supports the effective operation of the administration office, including student wellbeing programs, attendance processes, excursions, camps, financial administration and family engagement activities.
Working collaboratively with school leadership, teaching staff, education support staff, students and families, the School Administration Officer contributes to the delivery of high-quality administrative services that support student outcomes and the smooth day-to-day operations of the school.
The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to providing a welcoming and professional service to the school community.
