About the role
We are looking for a highly organised Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative support to four General Managers across a range of divisions on an ongoing, full time basis. Reporting to the Executive Officer to the CEO, you will be a central point of contact — coordinating information, scheduling and communication so clinical and strategic teams can get on with delivering excellent patient care.
No two divisions run to the same rhythm. You will move between reactive urgency, structured logistics, coordination and strategic planning, making this role a genuine connective point across the hospital’s operations.
Classification for this position will range from A041 – A045 (FTE base salary $87,003.80 to $96,181.28 per annum, plus superannuation).
