With a strong focus on the Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) and Major Infrastructure projects like tunnelling, we deliver cutting-edge training programs that prepare learners for high-demand careers in construction, safety, and plant operations. The Administrative Officer will provide professional, high-level administrative and client services to support the operations of the Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) department. They work closely with the Education Manager as a key support person and point of contact for day-to-day administration, including managing the centralised Electrical inbox, coordinating calendar scheduling and invites, data entry, and providing assistance to apprentices and staff. This role also supports Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI) programs through effective administrative processes and systems, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.
