About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Administration Manager is responsible for leading the Health Information and Administration team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of health information management and administrative services across Central Highlands Rural Health.
The successful applicant will embody the organisation's values and work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation to support strategic objectives and operational excellence. You will provide high-level administrative leadership and advice to the CFO, Executive, and Senior Leadership teams, while ensuring workforce wellbeing, consumer experience, community outcomes, and safety remain central to all decision-making and service delivery.
