Administration Coordinator - Palliative Care
About the Role
This is a Part Time ongoing position at 60.8 hours per fortnight within the Victorian Paediatric Palliative Care Program (VPPCP).
The role of the Administration Coordinator in the VPPCP is to support the Palliative Care department by establishing and leading key administrative processes and ensuring the efficient operation of the of the Department. This includes assistance with budget management, team recruitment and orientation, coordinating research and education activities, stakeholder engagement, and strategic development activities. The Administration Coordinator will take a key role in coordinating operations, administration, reporting and financial management functions of the Department.
Classification for this position will range from Grade 5 Level 1 to Level 5 (base salary per annum, plus superannuation)

About the Department
The Victorian Paediatric Palliative Care Program (VPPCP) is an alliance between The Royal Children’s Hospital, Monash Health and Very Special Kids, managed by and under the auspices of the RCH. The Program uses a multi-disciplinary consultation-liaison model of care that provides consultation to health professionals across Victoria in the acute paediatric and community palliative care sectors.
