About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Officer to join the Inner Melbourne Community Mental Health Team within Royal Melbourne Hospital Mental Health Services.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide professional front-of-house and administrative support to consumers, carers and staff.
- Coordinate appointments, bookings, correspondence and general administration activities.
- Support clinical teams with reporting, data management and digital health systems.
- Assist with onboarding, rostering and administrative processes across the service.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of a dynamic multidisciplinary mental health team.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience developing and maintaining efficient administrative processes.
