The Regulatory Services and Consumer Affairs Victoria division
Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) is the state’s consumer marketplace regulator. The CAV team works to create a fair, safe and competitive marketplace whether that’s shopping, renting, property sales and motor car trading to engineers, fundraising, funerals and owners’ corporations.
CAV carry out regulatory functions, support Victorians to exercise their consumer rights and ensure that businesses and rental providers are doing the right thing.
CAV also provides funded assistance and advocacy services to support people in vulnerable situations.
About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, Investigations and Compliance, the Administration & Projects Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating administrative activities across the branch, in particular providing high-level administrative support to the Operations Manager and the General Manager. This role also assists with learning & development initiatives and coordinates relevant compliance and enforcement projects across the branch.
