About us
The Department of Justice and Community Safety (the department) delivers a justice and community safety system that works to build a safer, fairer and stronger Victoria.
The Corporate Strategy and Delivery group delivers essential corporate and enabling services and specialist support, allowing the department to operate efficiently and effectively.
Data, Performance and Governance is tasked with supporting the Chief Operating Officer in leading the department's agenda in delivery of justice and community safety services in Victoria by providing a strong evidence base for the development of effective policy and organisational management.
Ministerial Services is responsible for, among other things, statutory appointments, the coordination of Cabinet and Committees, Parliament and legislation, coordination of DJCS entity annual reports, and departmental liaison staff in Ministerial Offices.
