About the Role
As an Administration Advisor, you will play a pivotal role supporting the Chief Information Officer and Deputy Chief Information Officer, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the division.
This is more than a traditional EA role. You will provide high-level coordination support across IMTD, working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure divisional priorities are effectively managed and delivered. Operating with a strong degree of initiative and sound judgement, you will anticipate business needs, support the refinement of administrative processes, and contribute to continuous improvement across a complex and high-volume environment.
In addition to managing executive workflows and supporting governance activities, you will play an important role in enhancing systems, enabling effective collaboration, and ensuring administrative practices support the efficient delivery of divisional and departmental priorities, including key digital transformation initiatives across the education portfolio.
This is an ongoing full-time opportunity.

Supporting over 1,500 government schools, 50,000 teachers, 650,000 students and 6,000 corporate staff, IMTD drives the department's digital capability, business systems and digital transformation agenda. Working in an agile environment, the division focuses on user experience, security, and integration, delivering innovative solutions across cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms, information management, artificial intelligence and software services.
