About the Role
As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you’ll play a role in supporting the Department’s Accounts Receivable and Ticketing Finance functions. This position ensures financial governance policies and delegation requirements are consistently applied, while delivering high-quality support across the end-to-end AR process.
You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks including debtor maintenance, invoice and credit memo processing, receipting, refunds, reconciliations, and responding to queries. The role also contributes to the preparation of audit documentation, reporting activities, and provides support to ticketing finance matters.
In addition, this role supports process improvement initiatives by documenting and updating procedures, helping the team meet service standards and performance targets.
