About the role
South West Healthcare is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our high-performing Finance Department as the Accounts Receivable Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely and accurate billing, receipting, and collection of revenue. A key focus will be maintaining strong customer service standards, responding to internal and external enquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
Working closely with Finance administrators, you will oversee the processing and reconciliation of payments, ensure accurate data entry, and support debt recovery in accordance with relevant policies and procedures. Your ability to build strong working relationships and lead a collaborative team will be central to delivering consistent, high-quality service.
