About the Role
Job Location: Melbourne CBD/Ringwood
The Accounts Payable Officer provides quality support to the Senior Accounts Payable Officer and the Accounts Payable (AP) function. The position ensures that the Department’s Financial Delegation and financial governance policies and processes are adhered to. The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for supporting the AP function including general duties of triage of invoices, dashboard management, invoice to PO matching, credit memo applications, processing of non order and bulk invoices and general AP query responses.
