The Role
The Accounts Payable Officer is part of the Financial, Investment and Procurement Branch within the Corporate Services Group. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, the role provides financial, administrative and clerical support across DJSIR.
The position is responsible for processing supplier invoices, supporting grant payment activities, maintaining supplier information and delivering high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of end-to-end accounts payable processes, including complex invoice matching, and contribute positively to a collaborative and customer-focused team environment.

The Accounts Payable Officer is part of the Financial, Investment and Procurement Branch within the Corporate Services Group, which supports best practice financial management, governance and procurement across the department.
