About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a Cancer Care - Aboriginal Liaison Officer (ALO) to join our dedicated team in Warrnambool. This role is integral to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to access culturally safe, respectful and responsive cancer care.
Working closely with patients, families, clinical teams and community partners, the ALO provides advocacy, guidance and practical support across the cancer journey, helping to reduce barriers to care and improve health outcomes through strong cultural connection and trust.
