Are you passionate about supporting Aboriginal people in the justice system and ready to take the lead in driving change?
We're looking for a committed and culturally knowledgeable Aboriginal Advanced Case Manager to join our team and help create safer, stronger communities—one person at a time.
In this vital role, you'll work with both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal clients, supporting individuals with complex needs and those who have committed serious offences. Using a strengths-based, culturally informed approach, you'll help guide them through their rehabilitation journey while contributing to positive outcomes for the broader community.
You'll also play a key role in shaping how we support Aboriginal clients—providing expert advice, developing cultural support plans, and working closely with Aboriginal organisations and the Koori Court. This role can be based at either Swan Hill or Echuca and will be required to support both locations as required.
